Appointments terms and conditions
We are now appointment only however if we don't have an appointment booked we will be happy to get you in.

All services are charged as necessary and therefore may vary depending on time spent and complexity of service.
Appointment prices may be altered if the appointment is booked incorrectly or an additional service is carried out.
Please specify if there is a particular barber you would require. In some circumstances you may be put in with another barber. If your desired barber isn't available at the time you require, please select an alternative time or date.
You may have a slight wait when attending your appointment, however we aim to run on time by enforcing the terms and conditions below.
Lateness
You must arrive on time to your service in order to allow us to work efficiently. Our day is ran on a strict schedule and any lateness will carry over into following appointments.
If you are due to run late please give us a call in advance to let us know.
If you attend your appointment and are late by more than 10 mins, we may not be able to service you.
If you are late for your appointment by more than 10 mins you will not receive a refund for the booked time.
No Call, No Shows
If you fail to attend an appointment and do not call to cancel in advanced you will be charged for the slot as follows;
- When booking you must input card details - this details are not accessible by any team member - these card details are taken to protect against no call no shows. If you fail to attend your appointment 100% of your service will be charged against the card provided.
- To avoid any no show charges, please call to cancel or rearrange your appointment at least 3 hours prior to your appointment time or do this via the website.
- If you prepay for the appointment when booking online (100%) you will not receive any refund for a missed appointment.
-If you fail to attend multiple appointments, your future appointments will only be able to booked with pre-payment or you will be banned from booking any further appointments.
Cancellations
- If you have prepaid for an appointment and the appointment is cancelled for any reason by King & Captain prior to the appointment date, your deposit will automatically be reverted to credit on your account. you can request a refund via any contact means.
- if you fail to cancel your appointment prior to the appointment, no refund will be provided. Thank you.
